The Nourish + Reconnect Program

A 6 day retreat experience on Phu Quoc island for conscious parents to finally relax and receive, while their children explore + play in nature.

You can’t pour from an empty cup…(and other cliches that are sadly true.)

You’re travelling the world with your family, embracing this magical global adventure, absorbing new cultures, learning new skills and possibly new languages, you’re trying to slow down, be more intentional and exploring what life looks like outside the system.

It’s an extraordinary way to live. An unbelievable gift for you and your children.

And let’s face it, it’s a lot sometimes.

We don’t often talk about the true exchange of living nomadically, outside of an established village.

Without family support, without free childcare on tap, living in shared spaces, sometimes working odd hours, planning & travelling often, visa runs… powercuts, communicating in a second language. Medical decisions. Constantly evaluating what’s best for all.

It requires immense energy, true responsibility, presence and connection.

It requires parents to continually educate themselves, unlearn conditioning and model different aspects of conscious living for the children.

It requires infinite patience, tolerance and a whole lot of devotion.

And let’s be real, speaking as mothers on this journey, when we start to reach the limits of what we can hold, the nervous system can take a battering.

Tempers can get frayed, patience can wear thin, the body might even start fighting back, offering up all manner of aches and pains, expressing the unexpressed as tension.

We’re two mothers who get it, we’re in it too.

And on many levels we’re uniquely skilled to support you in re-filling your cup in the most satisfying family oriented way.

The questions we’ve asked ourselves again and again since we became firm friends 2 years ago are:

  • What does a family really need to feel nourished?

  • How can a parent’s valid need for respite, true relaxation and connection be met without the children feeling like an after thought?

  • How can we contribute something that’s meaningful to others, serve the local community and give our own children what they need along the way?

  • If we designed a program for our own families how would it look?

We began building what we wanted for our own children. And for outselves. Not for profit. Just because it felt like a calling.

Eventually through a series of beautiful circumstances, the stars aligned and we realised it made perfect sense to combine our professional passions of therapeutic healing and child- led play to create The Nourish and Reconnect Program for parents AND children.

Rest comes in many different forms… and not all of them are immediately obvious

6 days of nourishment and reconnection.

We’re offering a 6 day retreat for parents to nourish and reconnect to themselves, guilt free - in a format that’s actually possible to do with children. And doesn’t relegate them to a kids club all day.

The key details:

Monday to Saturday from early Feb 2026.

After years of over-giving, boundaries create a space — to grieve, to re-centre, to remember yourself. This is a process that takes time and must be honoured”

Meet the team

Hello! We’re Becca and Alice.

Our children have become firm friends here in Phu Quoc over the last 2 years and we instantly bonded over our shared values.

Namely our desire to live in nature outside the system, conscious parenting, child-led play, the importance of community, bone broth (!) and this beautiful island we are lucky enough to call home.

Alice is obsessed with child-led play and all things parenting.

Qualifications:

Becca is obsessed with helping people reclaim themselves, mind, body and spirit.

Qualifications:

Together we have been slowly building a family community blending expats and locals. Purely from a desire to create what we want our children to experience. Joy, freedom, space to be themselves, familiarity, elders they can rely on, mutual care…. you get the drift.

Becca wanted to run a retreat again now her daughter is older but was never able to make it work with childcare. Along came Alice who’s nothing short of a child-whisperer…

This is a space for women ready to rise. On their own terms.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. But for real.

Because your liberation is personal — and it’s collective.

We reclaim for ourselves. We reclaim for each other.

We rise together.

Patriarchy. White supremacy. Capitalism. Colonialism. These aren’t abstract concepts — they live in our bodies, our nervous systems, our relationships and our bank accounts.

They silently shape how we value ourselves — and how we don’t.

Meet Alice & Becca

I’m Becca. I’m British and left my London career to live freely. I’ve been travelling for nearly a decade now.

I’m trying my hardest to consciously parent my 4 year old. I birthed her at home in Kerala after getting pregnant in the lockdown and I know a thing or two about getting free!

I’m professionally trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy which helps people heal at a subsconcious level. I’m also an NLP Master Practitioner, 500-hour yoga teacher, meditation guide and intuitive.

I offer 1:1 sessions. I have facilitated luxury healing reatreats, led an online community of extraordinary women for 1.5 years and hosted more workshops than I can count. The results have always been astounding.

Rest assured you are in safe hands.

For 7+ years, I’ve walked with women through real, embodied change — the kind that doesn’t just fade after a week, but reshapes how we live, love, and lead.

I’m passionate about helping women reclaim their minds, bodies, time, and energy. Because I know the cost of saying yes when we mean no. And I know the systems that keep women quiet, compliant, and exhausted are overdue for dismantling.

Women are being called

This is a space for women ready to rise. On their own terms.

Not perfectly. Not all at once. But for real.

Because your liberation is personal — and it’s collective.

We reclaim for ourselves. We reclaim for each other.

We rise together.

Patriarchy. White supremacy. Capitalism. Colonialism. These aren’t abstract concepts — they live in our bodies, our nervous systems, our relationships and our bank accounts.

They silently shape how we value ourselves — and how we don’t.

Solidarity always

I’m a white British woman raising a daughter with Indian roots through her father’s heritage in Kerala. She is a powerful teacher, a bridge between two cultures, and loving her as she grows into both reminds me daily that we can belong to more than one world at once.

My years living and working in the Global South have deepened my awareness of privilege and responsibility — the call to tread lightly, to honour this planet, and to meet each person with deep respect.

This global lens, and the constant work of unlearning, shape me as a woman and as a guide. They inform everything I create.

It goes without saying I stand in open, ceaseless solidarity with Palestine, Sudan, Congo, and all oppressed peoples.

Liberation may take a different shape for each of us.

But I believe with every fibre of my being: when women rise, we all rise.
